The Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) Liberia Chapter conducted “Regional Inception Meetings “ in four counties as follows:
1. Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County 2. Gbarnga, Bong County 3. Kakata, Margibi County, and 4. Tubmanburg, Bomi County.
The meetings were held at the Zwedru Multilateral High School, Bong Technical College (BTC), Kakata Rural Teachers Training Institute (KRTTI) and Bomi Community College (BCC) on the said dates of October 23, 24, 29 and 30 respectively.
The significance of the Inception Meetings was to provide relevant information concerning the workings or programmatic interventions of FAWE Liberia and the implementation schemes of the “ Second Chance Pathways for Increased Access To Tertiary Education for Marginalized Young Women and Men” also referred to as “FAWE-Mastercard Foundation Phase II Program”.
The Inception Meetings brought together several stakeholders, including but not limited to:

2. Local Representative of the Ministry of Youth and Sports
3. Local Representative of the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection
4. Local Representative of the National Commission on Disability
5. Local Representative of the Liberia Refugees, Repatriation and Resettlement Commission
6. William V. S. Tubman University
7. Cuttington University
8. Nimba University
9. Lutheran University of Liberia (Phebe-Esther Bacon College of Health Sciences)
10. Grand Gedeh University
11. Grand Kru University
12. Grand Bassa University
