The Scope includes:
– Institutional Capacity Assessment
– Governance & Board Strengthening
– Policy Review (HR, Finance, Safeguarding, etc.)
– Enterprise Risk Management Development
– Staff & Leadership Capacity Building

Ideal Candidate:
A registered firm with 10+ years of experience in organizational development in West Africa. Expertise in gender, education, MEAL, and systems strengthening is required.
